Made at the old Deppeler factory, we’ve taken these wheels out to near 3 years of age. They weep when you cut em and crunch when you eat em.

Made near Monroe, WI and we sit on these guys for as long as we can. 2 years is the ideal as the wheels really start to get that deep nuttiness and also the yummy juiciness and crunch around 20 months or so. Big flavour but not too sharp or sour.
