Queso Frito

A happy accident with a batch of string created sticks that were perfect for frying. String Master Cesar's take on bread cheese, if you will. Fry quickly in butter, and finish with a little salt.  Best served with your fav preserves for dipping.
Can be frozen and stashed for when your next fried cheese craving comes along.
